We are here to help you achieve your desired result, other clinics sell you sessions.

Most people think of physical therapy as a room you visit and an hour you pay for until the pain settles down. That version gets you out of pain and then stops, right when the work that keeps you better should be starting. Getting out of pain is the beginning of the job, not the end of it, and what builds and holds progress is the capacity you rebuild in the weeks between your visits. We do that through a set of committed programs, each matched to where you are and how far you want to go. Programs start at $1,795.

Every path begins with a Recovery & Performance Assessment, 90 minutes that includes baseline testing so we can scope the right program for you, at $249.

Why a program and not visits

An injury doesn't resolve in the room with us. It resolves in the weeks between visits, when you're doing the work. A program is priced on getting you to a defined finish line: in-person sessions, your programming for every day we're not together, testing to prove it worked, and direct access to us the whole way. Visits are one part of that.

What you're actually paying for

The plan is built from the sessions you need, the programming that runs between them, and the testing that shows whether you're progressing. The price covers the whole window, start to finish, so nothing is metered and nothing gets held back. The longer the plan, the more it covers: more sessions, more programming, and more testing across the whole window.

What the assessment gives you

Sixty to ninety minutes, including baseline testing on our VALD force plates. You leave knowing what's driving the problem, where you stand against normative data, and which program fits. That's the case for spending $249 before you've committed to anything else.
