This page explains, in plain terms, what happens with the information you share with us and what we collect when you visit this site. We keep it simple because that is how we would want it explained to us.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, like Find Your Program or the contact form, you share things like your name, email, phone, and a short description of what is going on. That goes straight to us by email so we can respond and, if it is a fit, get you set up. We use it to reach you and to prepare for your care. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for advertising.

Please share only what is needed to get the conversation started. A web form is not the place for detailed medical history. We will gather the full picture properly once we connect.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, roughly what part of the world they are in, what device and browser they use, and how they move through the site. This helps us see what is working and make the site better. Google sets cookies to make this work. We look at this as anonymous, grouped numbers. We are not matching it to your name.

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. The ones here are for analytics. If you would rather not be counted, you can:

We keep what you send us only as long as we need it to help you, and we limit who can see it to the people at Movewell involved in your care. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, but we treat your details with the same care we would want for our own.
